Step 1. Build a Recipe Library
On the Database tab, under the Recipe Portion Size Table, enter your recipe name, and your portion size in LB. (Important: Always enter portion size in LB)
This will be A. Your recipe list for drop down menus in the calculator tab, and B. Your portion size library for auto-calculating product quantities.


Step 3. Plug-in your Recipes
On the Database tab, in the Recipes section, enter your recipe ingredients and ingredient quantities. Choose a recipe name, and enter your recipe's yield in portions (per each). This will serve later as a weigh reference per ingredient for auto-calculating quantities per number of portions.
