There are no limits to how many portions you can scale a recipe to. Once your recipe data is in, choose your recipe from a drop down menu, enter the number of portions you want and instantly get a detailed report of what you need per ingredient (in lbs. and number of batches) and how much you will have to purchase (in lbs. and number of cases).
Ingredient Information
Keep a list of all your recipe ingredients and packaging with case size to be able to calculate cases to order when scaling a product. A complete ingredient list can save you time when its time to order so you can run a smooth production without shortages. Don't miss an ingredient, or overorder again.
Purchasing Summary
Not only does the scaling tool calculate quantities per ingredient per recipe, it also allows you to scale 5 recipes at a time, and it adds any common ingredients together, compiling a purchasing summary with totals per ingredient in cases, rounded up to the nearest half case.
